SATToSE is the Seminar Series on Advanced Techniques & Tools for Software Evolution. Its 7th edition takes place in L’Aquila (Italy) on 9–11 July 2014. Past editions of SATToSE saw presentations on software visualisation techniques, tools for co-evolving various software artefacts, their consistency management, runtime adaptability and context-awareness, as well as empirical results about software evolution.
The goal of SATToSE is to gather both undergraduate and graduate students to showcase their research, exchange ideas, improve their communication skills, attend and contribute technology showdown and hackathons.

Venue and accommodation
SATTOSE2014 will be held at the Department of Information Engineering Computer Science and Mathematics (DISIM), building Blocco 0, Coppito, L'Aquila.
Concerning the travel you have some information here and here . However we suggest to take a flight to Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino) and then the Gaspari bus (http://www.gasparionline.it/). From Rome Fiumicino to L'Aquila it takes about 1h and half.
If you fly to Pescara then you have to take the ARPA bus and change at Chieti Scalo (http://www.arpaonline.it/arpaonline/).
A google map is available indicating the venue, hotels etc.
We have prepared a list with recommended accommodation options. If you need even more information, please contact us for more details. A shuttle service will be available from the recommended hotels to the University and back.

Social Events
Further than the technical programme we will enjoy also social events that will consist of a tour in the city center of L'Aquila and also an escursion to Rocca Calascio e Santo Stefano di Sessanio (see the map). We suggest to wear tracking shoes and an anorak.
